This service is brought to you by TelNG Limited, registered in England with number 05503631. This document describes the terms by which TelNG allows you access to this service. It may be altered at any time. TelNG will notify you of changes which might adversely affect you by e-mail. You have the right to cancel your subscription to this service at any time.

This service is for use by individuals only. You, as an individual user, may only have one account on the service, and may only make calls to it from telephones for which you are the subscriber or have the subscriber's permission. You may not create or cause to be created other accounts for members of your family or household for the purpose of collecting referral income. If you create multiple accounts, then we will delete all but one of them, and you will lose any accrued balance on the accounts which we delete.

TelNG may impose limits on the service at its sole discretion at any time. These limits may be implemented by the service refusing to accept calls, imposing a limit on the duration of calls or by reducing the cashback paid for calls. Furthermore, TelNG may, at its sole discretion, suspend your account or withdraw the service at any time without notice. Should TelNG take either of these actions, amounts due to you will still be payable in accordance with these terms and conditions.

To avoid reductions in cashback payments, please limit your calling to 250 minutes per day per line that you have registered.

If TelNG reasonably believes that you are in breach of these terms, then TelNG may suspend your access to the service. TelNG will then attempt to contact you to discuss the situation; if, after those discussions or you do not respond, TelNG may cancel your access to the service if TelNG still has reasonable grounds to believe that you have acted in breach of these terms. Under these circumstances, all amounts due to you will be forfeit.

You agree not to use or promote the service in any way which might cause TelNG damage, either repuatational or financial. If TelNG suffers a loss as a result of your breach of this or any other clause of this agreement, then you will be liable to make good TelNG's losses.

Payments are normally made within four days of request, but may take longer.

The income you receive from CallCashBack may be subject to taxation. You agree that you will account for and pay any tax due on the income you receive to the appropriate authorities. If you are registered for VAT, either in the UK or another EU country, then you must obtain our agreement prior to using CallCashBack, and a different invoicing and payment cycle will apply.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England.
